1. Payments to Industrial Salvage:

We accept PayPal (cpoho01@localnet.com), money order, personal and business checks. We prefer Paypal. We do not accept cash. If payment is lost or misplaced in transit to Industrial Salvage, we are not responsible. Payment should be mailed through USPS for optimal service. Checks and money orders should be made out to Christopher Pohorence. Any questions about payments should be directed to cpoho01@localnet.com.

2. Shipping from Industrial Salvage:

We indicated the type of shipping we employ in the eBay description. We ship by USPS by default. (Priority for packages and first-class for document sized parcels.) For international shipping we use USPS international service. We will ship out lots within 48 hours of payment acceptance. When buyer accepts winning lot in the checkout mode, they automatically accept all set shipping and handling charges. No adjustments to shipping charges will be made after package is shipped. Multiple lots shipped to same address will have the option of consolidated shipping cost.

3. Returns and Exchanges:

We do not accept return or exchanges of any product or merchandise. Errors in ad content, outside of mentioned condition of object or lot, will be subjected to a refund of the total price (price of lot and shipping charges) to the buyer.
